Jeff Youssef is the General Manager of TICG and a Partner at Oliver Wyman. He has nearly twenty years of operational and consulting experience, holding senior management positions in leading international companies across several countries. He specifically specializes in business transformation and development and has led many projects in the public sector, telecom, media and technology and has had hands-on experience in government reform and corporate turnarounds. Jeff holds an MBA from London Business School and a Masters in Engineering and Computer Science from Oxford University. He is fluent in English and Portuguese.
